As with every event, these functions are in need of careful planning. I will be happy to meet with you to discuss your requirements well before the event to ensure a truly memorable occasion may be enjoyed by all.

 

I am  well versed in masonic protocol and will ensure that every Master and his Lady will be made to feel special and remember "their night" for ever.

On the day

I will arrive early to ensure the venue is arranged according to your requirements. I will liaise with the venue management and staff, the caterers, the band or disco and any other providers and will throughout the event provide a focal point of contact. I will discretely ensure your event runs to time and that a worry free event is enjoyed by all.

 

I will be pleased to discuss any of your requirements but the following are some of the usual services I provide -

 

• Receive your guests
• Receive and organise your receiving line and announce your guests if so required
• Announce and escort the principle guest or guests to the top table
• Say Grace or call upon another so to do
• Co-ordinate the taking of wine and the formal speeches
• Assist with presentations
• Organise the selling of raffle tickets
• Organise the raffle draw and with the presentation of prizes
• Formally close the dinner and prepare for the dancing
• Close the evening as required
